When I got to be Torch at SDCC, my gf decided she wanted to cosplay a G.I. Joe character she’d planned to do for a long time 
Demonia boots, American Apparel bodysuit, a corset, leather phone holster from Mr. S Leather, wig from ardawigs, gloves from huggergloves, and cobra buckle from Superkred Belt Buckles on Amazon.
We decided it would be a mash up version of Baroness for ease of construction in the time frame we had, rather than any strict canon version. I built the chest armor from EVA foam by making a pattern of her torso and then assembling the pieces.
I put eyelets into some leather and glued those to the side with contact cement and riveted in tactical webbing with buckles so it could be comfortably fastened around the torso. It was finished with some thinned plasti-dip and latex mask paint.
She’s no groupie!! It was awesome to have the Baroness along to keep Cold Slither in line and on time
