We have been invited to the museums annual fundraising event called Airfest from September 2nd -5th from 1000-1600 each day. They have vintage military aircraft and vehicles come in from around the country along with guest speakers. I know it’s the same weekend a D-Con but if you are in the 13th and surrounding Garrisons and not heading to Atlanta this could be a fun event. They have an air conditioned room for us to change and we can set up collect for K-9s for Warriors. One of the speakers last year was Eugene Richardson, one of the last surviving Tuskegee Airman. I think this would be a great event for us to get out and do to help raise our clubs profile and raise some money for K9’s for Warriors.
