Viper helmet questions

Hello everyone,

I am remaking my viper helmet because the first one I made is too big as you can see in the photo. I wanted to ask you what element you use for the visor, since I had used a facial screen but I realized that the shape has to be more rounded.

From what I know about the Pit Viper helmets, they use motorcycle visors.
I would be careful shaping it more with a heat gun not to damage the mirrored film.
